Easter Seals New Hampshire Promotes Longtime Employee to Vice President of Development Easter Seals New Hampshire is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Cormier, of Candia, NH, to the position of Vice President of Development. Cormier is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University and has been employed with Easter Seals NH for 22 years. He has been responsible for development work within the agency since 1998 and has held the following positions: Development Officer (1998-2000), Director of Development (2000-2007), Senior Director of Development (2007-2010). Over the course of Cormier’s employment at Easter Seals NH, he has been instrumental in developing a variety of successful fundraising events and cultivating relationships with sponsors and donors to ensure funding is available to continue to expand Easter Seals programs and services for children, adults and seniors with disabilities and special needs. Since its inception in 1936, Easter Seals NH has developed a strong community presence and has been instrumental in establishing the industry standard of care for health and social services in New Hampshire. Easter Seals services include inclusive child care and early intervention, special education, medical rehabilitation, camping and recreation, transportation services, vocational services, senior services, adult day care programs, residential service options, substance abuse services and veteran services. As a leader in health care services for individuals with disabilities and special needs, ESNH serves more than 20,000 children, adults and seniors in over 60 programs.
