Easter Seals New Hampshire Names New Board Members

Easter Seals New Hampshire recently named Fred Urtz of Bedford, NH and Cynthia Makris of Laconia, NH to their Board of Directors; both have served previous terms and have made a significant impact across the state for people of all ages with disabilities and special needs.

Urtz served as ESNH Board Chairman from 1997-1999 and also was a member of the Easter Seals National Board of Directors. Urtz is the President of Lavalle Brensinger Architects in Manchester and lives in Bedford with his wife Jill.

Makris, owner of the Naswa Resort at Weirs Beach, previously served on the ESNH Board of Directors from 2003-2008 and also serves on the Easter Seals Board of Directors in Coastal Fairfield County, CT. Since 2001, the Naswa Resort has hosted the HK Powersports Land and Lake Poker Run to benefit Easter Seals’ programs and services.
