Easter Seals New Hampshire Appoints a New Senior Vice President/
Chief Operating Officer

Easter Seals New Hampshire is pleased to announce the promotion of Noel Sullivan, of Nottingham, NH, to the position of Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.

In this role Sullivan will oversee the overall operations of all programs in Easter Seals NH’s six-state geographic footprint which includes New York, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, the Harbor Schools program in Massachusetts and programs in Coastal Fairfield County, CT. Additionally, Sullivan is charged with exploring new opportunities that will result in increased services for people with disabilities and special needs.

Sullivan is a 17-year employee of Easter Seals NH, and holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Educational Leadership and Administration, as well as a M.E.D from Boston University and a Bachelors degree from University of New Hampshire. Sullivan, who is also Superintendent and Special Education Administrator in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Sullivan has worked in the non-profit sector for many years, specializing in Special Education, and he has spent the past 17-years at Easter Seals expanding services for people with disabilities and special needs throughout the State.

Since its inception in 1936, Easter Seals NH has developed a strong community presence and has been instrumental in establishing the industry standard of care for health and social services in New Hampshire. Easter Seals services include inclusive child care and early intervention, special education, medical rehabilitation, camping and recreation, transportation services, vocational services, senior services, adult day care programs, residential service options, substance abuse services, and veteran services. As a leader in health care services for individuals with disabilities and special needs, ESNH serves more than 21,000 children, adults and senior in over 60 programs.
