Community Based Services

Provides the services necessary to assist adults with disabilities to live, work and play in their communities. Services are provided in three categories, all emphasizing individualization.

Easter Seals NH’s Community Based Services assists adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Through our offices in Gilford, Bow, Merrimack and Stratham, we actively support over 300 individuals living and working in their local communities. We have demonstrated success and pride ourselves in our ability to meet the most unique and challenging needs of all individuals in community based settings, and strive to make dreams come true for each life we touch.

Our Partners in Care

In addition to local clubs, organizations, and community service agencies, Easter Seals Community Based Services Department partners with New Hampshire’s regional Area Agencies, Mental Health Centers, and Vocational Rehabilitation offices to full access a comprehensive and multidisciplinary model of support.
